I'm sorry that you have a headache. You're right .. are extremely painful. Have you been tested for food allergies and / or keep a food diary to see if there a connection between diet and headaches? It may not be what you need to eat, but you have to stop eating. Good luck to you.

I know it sounds good, but believe me, it helps
Need or baking your skin in about 15 minutes in the oven with aluminum foil around it and then eat
Reduction in blood sugar and leaves u ur feeling much better and helps with headaches
